Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• The original tags have been removed.
• The item was purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion (unless it has a manufacturing defect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement or return.

Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, KEMIT will cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the return has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
